I am Korean, and I am terrible at speaking English. However, thanks to the teacher's consideration, I didn't find it too difficult to communicate. Knowing that Bengali has a similar word order to Korean gave me more courage, and I had a lot of fun during the first class. The kind and practical first lesson left a very strong impression! 저는 한국사람이고, 영어 말하기는 완전 못합니다 ㅋㅋ.. 듣기만 가능한 전형적인 대한민국 의무교육 듣기 실력인데, 선생님과 소통하는데 크게 어렵다고 느끼지 않았습니다. 방글라데시어가 한국어와 어순이 비슷하다는 것을 알고 더 용기 가질 수 있었고, 첫 시간 너무 재미있게 수업했습니다. 친절하고 실용적인 첫 수업이 굉장히 인상적이었습니다!

Sraboni's Bengali class is very warm, teaches Bengali in conversation, we get to learn the language used in everyday life. This second full class covered come, go, when, where, keep/put, sell, buy, and making sentence practices. Very clear explanations and effective teaching approach.

Today (June 9) was a helpful lesson where we went over a few tenses surrounding eating, and the basics of the alphabet starting with vowels. Some written homework was given to practice writing letters, as well as quizzing my self on the names of vowels.

She was the best Bengali teacher. Thanks to her, I could improve my Bengali in a short time. She is soooo kind and genuine. Thank you so much Teacher Tania. Onek Dhonnobad! :)

Tania's classes are well structured and she gives plenty of material after each classes as well as homework to guide her students in between each lessons. She's infinitely patient and a real pleasure to talk to. She adapts well to different levels of comprehension. For beginners, she makes sure your bases are solid. Good class. I learned past and present participles and structure sentencing for past and present tense. Alokeparna was patient and gracious when I was struggling and encouraging when I was doing well. I am looking forward to my next class.

Great first class! Alokeparna is a very good teacher. In just 25 minutes she managed to teach me the basics of formal and informal conversation in Bengali. She always takes the time to explain the meaning of each word and encourages to repeat to improve pronounciation. Excellent methodology. I would definitely recommend her.

Class is going well so far. Arya is 4 years old so the attention can held for 20-25 min. The class plan is laid out well. Ratri is very patient with Arya. I think as Arya gets more familiar with Ratri it will get easier.
